On Sunday 14th March all North American & Canadian Clocks go forward exactly 2 weeks before the EU clocks make the same jump.

For 2 weeks this means that NA time is one hour closer to EU time.

• Sat 20th 17:30 GMT = 13:30 EST (different)
  
• Sun 21st 17:30  GMT = 13:30 EST (different)
• Sat 27th 17:30 GMT = 13:30 EST (different)
  
• Sun 28th 17:30 GMT = 12:30 EST (same)
